Formlabs is seeking a talented Customer Service Agent to support our growing markets in the EMEA region. You will handle technical and business inquiries via phone, email, or chat while building strong relationships with customers and resellers.

You will train direct customers and resellers using your knowledge of Formlabs printers, helping them deliver outstanding service. The role requires superb writing and listening skills and a passion for emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Business-fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent writing skills with proper spelling and grammar.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• Enjoy connecting with people and providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Support direct customers, distributors and resellers in the EMEA region by phone, email, or chat.
• Educate customers and resellers using knowledge of Formlabs printers.
• Help resellers deliver outstanding service to their customers.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team to resolve technical issues.
