Job summary

IT Resources Innovation (IRI-PR) is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive growth in the US market with Puerto Rico as a secondary focus. You will manage the full sales cycle, build new business, and nurture existing client relationships to deliver solutions that meet business goals.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, proven prospecting and consultative selling skills, and the ability to close deals while meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
• Experience and mastery of the sales cycle and customer service.
• Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices
• Strong client service relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge in negotiation and closing.
• Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written, and presentation

Responsibilities

• Serve the US market as main market along with the Puerto Rico market as secondary.
• Identify and offer new technology solutions to new businesses
• Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customer base.
• Identifies clients and prospects needs and develops persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
• Delivers effective sales meetings.
• Maintains client communication and ensures client satisfaction.
• Monitors competition to continually find new account leads.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and send regular sales reports.
• Support in solving any problem related to the sales process to clients.
• Generates revenue and meets/exceeds established sales targets.
