Job summary

TPIS is seeking a proactive Bilingual Recruiter to drive the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced environment. The role involves identifying, sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates while collaborating closely with hiring managers in Salinas, Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, psychology, communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least two years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, sales, business development, or another relationship-focused field.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding coordination.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and community outreach.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and timelines.
• Present opportunities compellingly to generate candidate interest and maintain candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and other preemployment steps.
