Job summary

Monroechamber is seeking a Bilingual Team Lead for 1st shift in Euless, TX to supervise operators, train staff, and ensure quality and productivity on a fast-paced manufacturing line.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, ability to read blueprints, operate various machines, and uphold safety standards. Overtime may be required, with start time at 6:00am and location in Euless, TX.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate math skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to use measuring instruments accurately.

Job description

Position Title: Bilingual Team Lead - 1st Shift Wage: $29.54/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Location: Euless, TX.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for operators
• Train and develop less experienced operators and participate in their development
• Complete work order paperwork and demonstrate an outstanding record of quality, efficiency, and productivity
• Make suggestions to improve production and order processing efficiency
• Follow safety rules and quality standards
• Model ethical and moral behavior consistent with company values and ideals
• Set-up and operate machines in multiple families of equipment that include but are not limited to saws, manual mills, lathes, presses, routers etc.
• Performs progressive machining operations on parts and work orders involving very close tolerances and/or unusual requirements
• Perform in-process inspection according to standard procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work utilizing 6S

Requirements

• A technical degree and 2+ years of experience preferred, or a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry preferred
