Monroechamber is seeking a Bilingual Team Lead for 1st shift in Euless, TX to supervise operators, train staff, and ensure quality and productivity on a fast-paced manufacturing line.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, ability to read blueprints, operate various machines, and uphold safety standards. Overtime may be required, with start time at 6:00am and location in Euless, TX.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Intermediate math skills and aptitude.
• Ability to read drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to use measuring instruments accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for operators.
• Train and develop less experienced operators.
• Complete work order paperwork with emphasis on quality and productivity.
• Suggest improvements to production and order processing efficiency.
• Follow safety rules and quality standards.
• Model ethical behavior aligned with company values.
• Set-up and operate machines across multiple equipment families.
• Perform progressive machining with close tolerances.
• Conduct in-process inspection per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, 6S-organized workspace.
