Salary:

In accordance with the negotiated agreement, the minimum starting salary with a Bachelor's degree is $70,535 (Step 1).

Requirements:

Hold a valid New Jersey instructional certificate with an endorsement appropriate to the grade level or subject area to be taught. Hold or be eligible for the Bilingual/Bicultural Education Endorsement (Code 1480) issued by the New Jersey Department of Education.
