The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in education or HR, at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, and be bilingual in Japanese or Korean. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Operations, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.
• Formal training in facilitation from a reputable organization.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in Japanese or Korean.

Responsibilities

• Coaches participants to identify solutions for performance improvement.
