Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Trainer to design and deliver training for Operations and Support Center teams in Dallas, Texas. You will present GO and UOP content, stay current on learning trends, and help ensure participants absorb and apply material.

The role emphasizes coaching throughout courses and post-course feedback, with on-site responsibilities and a strong focus on program effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and relevant L&D experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of three years of Learning & Development experience, preferably in retail/hospitality operations.
  • Bilingual skills are preferred to support a diverse workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Conduces training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.
  • Delivers GO/UOP class materials and other seminars.
  • Monitors and evaluates training program effectiveness using feedback and evaluation techniques.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to GO participants during and after courses.

Summary of Job Description:The Learning & Development Trainer position is responsible for conducting training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. This position facilitates GO classes and assists with monitoring and evaluating training program effectiveness. This position also assists with providing feedback on GO participant performance.Job Responsibilities:Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates. Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
