Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Learning & Development Curriculum Developer in Rosemead, California. In this role, you will design and enhance instructional materials while partnering with Subject Matter Experts to develop effective curriculum. You will also evaluate program impacts and ensure compliance with educational standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in learning and development. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is required. Enjoy benefits like 401K with match and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in learning and development and/or Operations, preferably in retail/hospitality.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in Japanese or Korean.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with trainers and SMEs to develop instructional materials and course designs.
• Create and modify job aids, participant guides, and assessments using design tools.
• Evaluate learning programs using ROI and the Kirkpatrick framework.
