Panda Restaurant Group in Rosemead, California, is seeking a Learning & Development Curriculum Developer to design and enhance instructional materials for Operations and Support Center programs. This role involves collaboration with subject matter experts to create engaging curriculum, conduct evaluations, and ensure quality compliance.

The Learning & Development Curriculum Developer designs, develops, and enhances instructional materials that strengthen learning effectiveness across Operations and Support Center programs. This position partners with subject matter experts to create engaging, outcomes-based curriculum and evaluates program impact using data and learner feedback. The position also conducts research, focus groups, and accreditation documentation to ensure all materials meet quality, alignment, and compliance standards.
P2: $72,500 - $101,500 per year. Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
