Panda Restaurant Group is hiring a Learning and Development Trainer in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on conducting training programs for Operations and Support Center associates, delivering GO and UOP sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. The candidate should reside near Dallas, Texas and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree with at least three years in L&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in retail/hospitality operations.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required training.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Responsabilités

• Conducts training programs, seminars, and conferences for Operations and Support Center associates.
• Delivers training materials for GO, UOP, and special seminar classes.
• Stays current on learning trends and approaches to incorporate in Learning & Development offerings.
• Assists in evaluating GO participant performance and provides feedback and coaching throughout the course and at its conclusion.
