Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients and temporary employees in English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, referrals, and platforms.
• Match candidate skills with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary staff.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees through hiring and onboarding.
• Develop new business opportunities through sales and networking.
• Perform client calls and outside visits to grow partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify staffing solutions.
• Support branch operations with administrative and data-entry tasks.
• Assist with coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
• Support branch growth and contribute to revenue goals.
