Surge Staffing is seeking a bilingual Talent Advisor (English and Spanish) with high energy and a strong work ethic for a permanent, full-time internal position. Entry-level customer service/sales duties include recruiting, interviewing, and matching candidates to client needs, while developing business leads and maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team to maximize branch profits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• Must have sales experience at least 1 year.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, conduct interviews and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pool to fulfill client orders.
• Maximize billable hours and contribute to branch profits.
• Nurture strong business partnerships with exceptional customer service.
• Present Surge Staffing products and services to customers.
• Coordinate marketing programs for sales calls and outreach.
• Assist in developing business leads and retention of clientele.
