• High school diploma or equivalent is required or strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Background in sales, HR, or service industry is recommended.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Perform resume searches and refer to candidate pools to fulfill client orders promptly.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary staff and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to grow branch profits.
• Conduct service calls to ensure quality customer service and pursue new partnerships.
• Provide product and service presentations to customers.
• Plan and manage marketing programs for sales calls and in-office demos.
• Nurture partnerships with exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff and coach them for performance.
