Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated Bilingual Talent Advisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent internal role. The position focuses on English/Spanish speaking clients and candidates, delivering top-notch service while recruiting, screening, and onboarding talent.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
