Surge Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Talent Advisor (English and Spanish) for a permanent, full-time internal role in Indiana. This entry-level position emphasizes customer service, sales experience, and recruiting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak and write in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Match employee skills to customers' hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as a liaison between associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours and branch profits.
• Perform administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales for new partnerships.
