The role involves recruiting, interviewing, and placing candidates, building business relationships, and promoting Surge Staffing services while delivering excellent client and associate support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in sales, HR, or service industry recommended.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary staff.
• Match employee skills to customers’ hiring needs.
• Develop business leads and retain current clientele.
• Liaise between temporary associates and clients.
• Promote Surge Staffing products and services.
• Manage marketing programs for sales calls and events.
• Recruit, train and retain temporary staff; coach and counsel.
• Troubleshoot problems of associates, customers and staff.
