FCP Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition & Subcontractor Sourcing Specialist to attract and recruit top employee talent and build a nationwide subcontractor network.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting for field, operations, administrative, and leadership roles, source candidates through referrals, job boards, networks, and events, and promote the company employment brand. You will also coordinate onboarding, subcontractor qualification, compliance, workforce planning

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce management, HR, or related fields.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, operations, administrative, and leadership positions.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through referrals, job boards, trade networks, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and industry contacts.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates; coordinate interviews and hiring activities.
• Promote FCP Services employment brand and culture; attend recruiting events.
