Job summary

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sr. Service Coordinator - Bilingual to manage the full life cycle of talent acquisition in Richfield, MN. Plan recruiting, generate candidates, and maintain CRM records for all job orders with accuracy.

You will collaborate with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager, develop candidate pools, ensure confidentiality, and meet branch performance goals while complying with company policy.

Qualifications

• College preferred.
• 2+ years' recruiting or business development experience.
• Strong interviewing skills and understanding of staffing industry.
• Ability to speak more than one language (bilingual) is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-volume recruiting activities.
• Generate candidates and job orders using Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain CRM records including terminations and unemployment checks.
• Screen, interview, train, onboard, and terminate candidates.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to build candidate pools.
• Communicate status of job orders with Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policy.
• Create interviewing plans with hiring managers and prescreening questions.
• Build talent pipelines by networking with qualified candidates.
• Meet or exceed branch performance and safety goals.
• Improve data entry efficiency and accuracy.
• Send payroll data to payroll department by deadline.
• Perform other duties as requested.
