Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities.
• Generate candidates and job orders using the Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of employment terminations in CRM and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy in all candidate interactions.
• Create recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions with hiring managers.
