Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a 2nd Shift Onsite Staffing Coordinator (bilingual) in Richfield, MN. The role runs 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, and entails full life cycle recruiting, payroll collaboration, and branch operations support.

The successful candidate will manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline, develop creative sourcing strategies, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of high-volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
• 2–3 years of account management and relationship cultivation.
• Proficiency in multiple computer software applications.
• Ability to speak more than one language is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a high volume of recruiting activities.
• Support special initiatives from Area Service Manager and Service Manager.
• Assist the Branch in daily operations including payroll management and training of new associates.
• Mentor Service Coordinators to provide excellent service to applicants, temporary associates, and clients.
• Manage candidate and job order generation through Masis Staffing Solution CRM.
• Maintain records of terminations and cooperate with unemployment investigations.
• Ensure strict attention to detail in screening, interviewing, training, onboarding and termination processes.
• Maintain a high fill ratio to meet branch performance goals.
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract valuable candidates.
• Communicate status of job orders and client/candidate matters with Branch and Business Development Managers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policy when interacting with candidates and clients.
• Create recruiting/interviewing plans with hiring managers for each position.
• Build a talent pipeline in advance of need and network within industry.
