Grupo EULEN USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting strategy and build high-performing teams across our U.S. operations.

You will own the talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations across multiple locations, overseeing teams, driving high-volume hiring, and shaping strategies to attract operational, technical, supervisory, and management talent. You will build relationships with community organizations, agencies, and educational institutions, organize job fairs,

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Talent Acquisition/recruiting experience.
• Experience with high-volume recruiting in operational environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.

Responsibilities

• Own Talent Acquisition strategy and recruiting operations across U.S. locations.
• Oversee regional TA teams and drive high-volume hiring.
• Manage recruiting for operational, technical, supervisory, and management roles.
• Oversee background checks, drug screening, and credentialing.
• Build relationships with community orgs, agencies, and schools.
• Organize job fairs and community recruiting events.
• Monitor time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention metrics.
• Partner with HR and Operations leadership to forecast workforce needs.
