Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a must for this role.
• Recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements and build strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
