Leon Management International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire diverse talent across roles. You will partner with leaders, manage the full recruitment cycle, and ensure a professional candidate experience in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, or current enrollment in HR bachelor's program.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and MS Office.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with passion for people and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes in both English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent Leon Management International at job fairs and recruitment events.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
