Nuvei is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (Eng/French) for a 12-month maternity leave contract. This remote Canada role requires English and French fluency and will drive the full recruitment lifecycle across North America and LATAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience; in-house or agency preferred.
• Proven stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and creative methods.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles globally with focus on North America and LATAM.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent across platforms and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Conduct screenings and interviews ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation.
• Maintain accurate records in Workable and other tracking tools.
• Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency.
