Job summary

Altis Technology is seeking a Bilingual Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment across Quebec and Canada. This role focuses on engaging and qualifying candidates in English and French, building pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers.

The position is a full-time, six-month contract with potential extension, working remotely within the GTA or hybrid in Oakville, ON, and offers exposure to diverse hiring markets.

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred.
• Fluency in English and French, excellent written and spoken skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo or similar ATS/CRM tools.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and build candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and qualify candidates across Quebec and Canada.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles.
• Lead bilingual outreach campaigns in English and French.
