Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Information Systems, CS, Business or Data Analytics.
• 5+ years in service desk, help desk, IT operations, app support, or sysadmin.
• Experience supporting end users and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Experience with user/access management in enterprise systems.
• Proficient with Excel for reporting, analysis, and KPI dashboards.
• Experience administering Jira or similar ticketing/workflow systems.
• Experience building automation using AI-assisted development or scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide Service Desk support for internal users and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks including user provisioning and access management.
• Maintain Jira, MSP+, web-based systems and related business apps.
• Configure workflows and system settings to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system and process issues when needed.
• Analyze data with Excel to generate KPIs, dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Develop lightweight automation with low-code/no-code platforms and AI tools.
• Support web app integrations and coordinate with tech teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to Agile continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with US-based and Korea-based teams on projects.
