Career Group is seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Agent for a fully remote role. You will provide Tier 1 support to customers and partners in English and Spanish, troubleshoot both service and technical inquiries, and help with account management.

Candidates should be fluent in English and Spanish, highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, and you will operate across multiple systems from a remote home

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, technical support, or call center experience.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone, email, and chat support to customers and business partners in both English and Spanish.
• Troubleshoot customer inquiries and technical issues while delivering timely, high-quality service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and support ongoing account management.
• Maintain accurate records and case documentation using internal systems.
• Assist with partner training, onboarding, and educational resources.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Test new platform features and provide feedback to support operational improvements.
