Promise is seeking a Customer Support Associate to help people manage utilities debt with clear, compassionate guidance. You’ll handle inquiries by phone, email, and text, guiding clients through Promise’s services and relief programs.

You’ll work on-site in our Fairfield, CA office, collaborate with engineers to improve service, and help launch programs that reach thousands of people. The role requires empathy, bilingual English/Spanish support, strong communication, and careful record-keeping

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions to ensure consistency in service.
• Contribute to company initiatives and program launches as they roll out.
