Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Logistics or Supply Chain with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail is critical.
• Market knowledge, adaptability, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is highly desired.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and climb ladders to pull inventory from shelves.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier management: Procuring materials, managing order prices and quantities, maintaining supplier relationships.
• Logistics and distribution: Coordinating shipments, managing transportation and storage, and creating SOPs for shipping and cold chain management.
• Receiving and inventory management: Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and equipment, maintaining inventory of consumables, distributing materials, and making records according to procedures.
• Process recording and optimization: On-time recording transactions, analyzing supply chain data, resolving issues, improving processes, and identifying opportunities to reduce costs.
• Other duties: Equipment maintenance, cost consolidation, forecasting demand, and other operational duties required by the company.
