Job summary

uBriGene Biosciences in the United States is seeking a Supply Chain professional to handle procurement, shipping, receiving and warehousing, with focus on cost control and regulatory compliance. You will work with PD/QC/QA, GMP, BD teams and suppliers; require detail orientation, bilingual English/ Mandarin preferred, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key duties include procurement/supplier management, logistics coordination, inventory control, and process optimization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Logistics or Supply Chain with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail is critical and strong communication is required.
• Market knowledge, adaptability, and negotiation skills are important.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English and Mandarin is highly desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and climb ladders to access inventory.

Responsibilities

• Procurement and supplier management: procure materials, manage order prices/quantities, build good supplier relationships.
• Logistics and distribution: coordinate shipments, manage transportation/storage, and develop SOPs for shipping and cold chain.
• Receiving and inventory management: receive/inspect materials, maintain consumables inventory, distribute materials, and record per procedures.
• Process recording and optimization: timely transaction recording, analyze supply chain data, resolve issues, improve processes and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Other duties: equipment maintenance, cost consolidation, forecast demand, and other operational duties.
