Job summary

Advanced Technology Matrix United (ATMU) in Phoenix, AZ, seeks a detail-oriented Bilingual Supply Chain Planner to support procurement and supply chain operations. You will manage orders, coordinate with suppliers, and balance supply and demand to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Planning, Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain or inventory management processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, monitor order progress, and address changes or fulfillment issues.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm material availability, production timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on supplier delays, shortages, and quality concerns to minimize disruption to orders and operations.
• Develop and monitor production and material plans based on demand, inventory levels, and lead times.
• Track production progress and resolve material constraints, scheduling conflicts, and bottlenecks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to reduce stockouts and carrying costs.
• Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics to support on-time delivery while controlling freight costs.
• Maintain accurate order, inventory, supplier, and shipment data in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Logistics, and other teams to align activities with priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning accuracy, supplier coordination, inventory management, and overall supply chain efficiency.
