HotFoot Recruiters in North Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Bilingual Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory control, and material management for a growing construction and engineering organization. This on-site role collaborates with engineering, suppliers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in procurement or supply chain, Mandarin-English bilingual ability, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Mandarin-English required.
• 1–2 years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory management, logistics, or material management preferred.
• Experience with PO processes and vendor coordination preferred.
• Strong Excel/Sheets proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and issue POs.
• Coordinate with engineering on material requirements and delivery dates.
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors on pricing and lead times.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotes and assist with negotiations.
• Track POs, shipments, backorders, and vendor delivery commitments.
• Maintain procurement and inventory records and conduct audits.
