Job summary

Marketech International Corporation USA is hiring a Data Analyst - Supply Chain & Operations in Phoenix, AZ. You will collect, validate, and analyze data from ERP and procurement systems to drive decisions across supply chain, project management, and operations.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI/Tableau skills, and experience with SQL or Python. Fluency in Chinese and English is required for stakeholder communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ year of data analysis, supply chain, procurement, operations, or related field.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English for stakeholder communication.
• Advanced Excel skills including XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, PivotTables, charts.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• SQL, Python, or another data-analysis tool required.
• Knowledge of statistics and data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requests in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from ERP, procurement, inventory, and project trackers.
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports to support management decisions.
• Develop KPIs for supply chain, procurement, project, and operations.
• Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Build Excel-based reporting tools using advanced formulas and PivotTables.
• Analyze purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, lead times, and costs.
• Identify data discrepancies and communicate findings to teams.
• Support forecasting, variance analysis, and process improvements.
• Document data sources, metric definitions, and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
