Job summary

ICF International seeks Supervisory Case Coordinators to lead multiple teams of Case Coordinators working with ORR staff and care providers to make recommendations for release, transfer, and related consultations to support the best interests of unaccompanied children in ORR custody.

The role emphasizes oversight across teams, collaboration with federal staff, and ensuring trauma-informed, family-centered approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or a related discipline with 5+ years of post-graduate direct service delivery with youth and trauma-informed care.
• Alternative: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or other behavioral science.
• 3+ years experience with immigrant youth, UC and families.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision of Direct Operations Coordinators and their assigned teams across geographic regions.
• Provide input on clinical, safety and well-being issues affecting care and release decisions for unaccompanied children.
• Identify and elevate trends and issues to the Lead Supervisory Case Coordinator.
• Serve as primary point of contact for elevated cases and engage with federal staff as needed.
• Supervise and evaluate Direct Operations Coordinators in the regional area of assignment.
• Support training and performance management of program staff in conjunction with the ICF operations team.
• Conduct on-site visits for supervision purposes.
• Perform other duties related to case coordination goals for safe and timely release.
