ICF seeks Direct Operations Case Coordinators to lead a team of Case Coordinators working with ORR care provider staff and federal staff to make recommendations for the release and transfer of unaccompanied children. The role focuses on safe, timely release, and placement recommendations across provider sites with travel up to 20%.

The position requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a social science field with 5+ or 8+ years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Tier 2

Competenze

• Post-graduate experience in child welfare, case management, social services, or mental health.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to review case files from multiple sources.

Mansioni

• Ensure coverage of Case Coordinators at provider sites within the assigned area.
• Supervise and oversee the Case Coordinator team.
• Provide guidance and ensure tasks comply with program policies and procedures for safe, timely releases.
• Conduct regular site visits to provider sites as part of oversight.
• Act as primary liaison for government and care provider staff within the geographic area.
• Elevate clinical, safety, and well-being issues to ORR staff as needed.
• Report operational concerns to ICF leadership for resolution.
• Support other duties related to case coordination goals for unaccompanied children.
