SouthEnd Exteriors, a division of US LBM Holdings, seeks a Business Development Partner in Charleston, SC. You will recruit and onboard subcontractor crews for installation services and build partnerships through ads and social media content.

You will act as a liaison to subcontractors, maintain a crew database, and lead coordination meetings while ensuring crew retention. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and Spanish fluency is required.

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Experience participating in demand planning and forecasting needs.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, high volume activity and establish priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Must be a good facilitator and leader of individuals or groups.
• Demonstrate initiative and flexibility and must be detail oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.

Mansioni

• Act as a liaison between the company and business partners/subcontractors.
• Create and maintain key relationships with subcontractors and associate team members.
• Recruit subcontractors on behalf of company.
• Establish and maintain subcontractor database.
• Participate in gathering social medial content.
• Participate in advertising events and content.
• Proactively ensure retention of install crews.
• Act as main point of contact for existing crews.
• Facilitate team council and team leader meetings.
