Job summary

SouthEnd Exteriors, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, seeks a Siding Install and Service Manager to lead a team of technicians, leads and supervisors across siding installation and service projects. You will schedule, oversee, and ensure safety, quality and productivity from start to finish.

You will mentor staff, manage hiring decisions, track time and materials, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining budget accountability for 10+ associates.

Qualifications

• Reads and uses a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership with mentoring of new associates and safety-focused mindset.
• Experience managing 10+ associates, with hiring, goal setting and budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
• Manage crews, ensure safety, quality and productivity standards.
• Track time and materials for each installation project.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Review and approve project documentation and reports.
• Oversee budget accountability for a team of 10+ associates.
