CAMBA Education Center in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a part-time Intake Specialist/Receptionist to support student enrollment and program coordination. You will answer calls, guide applicants, update records, and assist with orientation and placement activities within the CAMBA Education Center.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of experience, strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and preferably bilingual in French, Haitian Creole, Spanish, Arabic, or

Qualificações

• One year of experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Literacy in other Microsoft Office Suite products.

Responsabilidades

• Answer multi-line telephone system and route calls to appropriate staff.
• Maintain professional relationships with students and protect confidentiality.
• Email flyers and updates to CAMBA programs quarterly.
• Inform applicants about join requirements and enrollment procedures.
• Assist applicants with registration forms and data entry in the database.
• Maintain waiting lists and update site bulletin boards.
• Welcome visitors and manage intake office traffic.
• Observe and report unsafe or irregular conditions to a supervisor.
