Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service levels and ensure staff execute programs and standards.
• Assist in staffing, coaching, interviewing and hiring processes.
• Process all store operations including returns, transfers, and invoicing.
• Manage opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
