Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing during peak hours and in setting team member goals and training.
• Assist in the hiring process by participating in interviews and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all transactions and returns are processed accurately and efficiently according to policy.
