Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance and daily operations.
• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and team members.
• Involved in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting and disciplining team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring processes and schedule interviews.
• Support safety compliance and training across the team.
• Make sales calls and customer outreach as needed.
• Manage delivery fleet and keep records for vehicles.
• Monitor gross profit and review P&L with store manager.
