Job summary

Qualifications

• Assistant Manager Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager by staffing the sales counter during peak hours and during absences.
• Support hiring tasks including interviewing and onboarding to ensure qualified candidates.
• Process all store transfers, online orders, and returns promptly and accurately.
• Ensure proper invoicing, payments, and adherence to company policies in daily operations.
