Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Frisco, TX seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Bilingual) to lead daily operations, support customer financial needs, and drive service quality. You will manage staff, handle store duties, and contribute to growth initiatives in a fast-paced retail finance environment.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training, and cross-brand opportunities across over 1,500 stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position (standing up to 90%, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct on-site tasks such as store errands and external marketing.
• Maintain store appearance and conduct audits to ensure compliance.
