Job summary

Oregon Catholic Press is seeking a Stewardship Programs and Services Manager to lead Corresponsables de Dios (CDD) initiatives across parishes and dioceses. You will coordinate formation, evaluation and follow-up while building strong relationships with pastors and diocesan leaders.

Bilingual English/Spanish and intercultural skills are essential to serve Hispanic-Latino Catholic communities. You will develop leadership trainings, manage multiple projects, and work with the Director to grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit management, pastoral ministry, theology, organizational leadership, communications or another relevant field.
• 5–10 years nonprofit administration, fundraising, philanthropy, Catholic ministry, stewardship, parish/diocesan leadership or related.
• Bilingual and biliterate (Spanish and English) with strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Intercultural competency within Hispanic-Latino Catholic environments.
• Knowledge of Catholic Church structure, parish/diocesan ministry and stewardship principles.
• Fundraising, donor engagement or nonprofit advancement experience.
• Strong pastoral and relational skills to accompany pastors and volunteers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate stewardship programs and services.
• Coordinate parish and diocesan projects from assessment to formation and follow-up.
• Facilitate English/Spanish stewardship presentations and trainings.
• Support pastors, staff, volunteers in developing stewardship practices.
• Manage calendars, materials, communications, travel and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Director to strengthen programs and opportunities for growth.
• Identify parish/diocesan needs and prepare proposals and agreements.
• Develop measures of participation, effectiveness and financial sustainability.
• Recruit and coordinate stewardship consultants and cross-team collaboration.
