  • Fluency in Spanish and English (required), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats and adapt messaging across diverse Hispanic cultural contexts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders (parish staff, volunteers, and donors).
  • Ability to engage effectively with Hispanic communities, with sensitivity to cultural differences, communication styles, and community dynamics.
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, and parish/ministry initiatives
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to varied environments and follow through independently.
