Qualifications
Minimum 2-4 years working in Hispanic Ministry at the parish level.
Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Roman Catholic Church.
Pastoral experience in working with multiple cultures is preferred.
Responsibilities
Accompany Hispanic Faithful in their journey of Faith.
Communicate and support Pastors in Hispanic ministries.
Offer preparation for liturgical ministries and workshops.
Provide training in Family crisis support.
Prepare and guide days of reflection and retreats.
Maintain financial records for the Vicariate programs.
Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Basic computer knowledge, including the MS Office suite
Strong listening, empathy, and organizational skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills and familiarity with social media
Education
Formation/Certification in Hispanic Pastoral Leadership (S.E.P.I., Notre Dame, Catholic University)
