Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in parish ministry, nonprofit work, or development support.
• Fluency in Spanish and English with ability to adapt messaging for diverse Hispanic contexts.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with parish staff, volunteers, and donors.
• Experience coordinating events, programs, and parish/ministry initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of parish-based stewardship and discipleship initiatives.
• Coordinate logistics and provide on-site support for parish visits, meetings, and events.
• Maintain regular communication with parish staff and ministry leaders.
• Assist with development and coordination of parish-based teams and committees.
• Support bilingual communications strategies and create Spanish materials.
• Maintain records, track participation, and gather feedback for evaluation.
