Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter in Texas to drive advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding, and placement activities in the branch. You will support top-line performance, branch operations, and business development while ensuring client expectations are met with timely, compliant processes.

You will interview applicants, administer tests, and manage pre-employment paperwork while maintaining high levels of customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants in a legal, timely manner; decide on job assignments.
• Administer pre-employment tests and enter results.
• Ensure completion of pre-employment paperwork and compliance.
• Conduct quality calls to clients and associates for feedback.
• Make outbound sales calls to source candidates for clients.
• Communicate with sales staff regarding order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies and government regulations.
