Job summary

Elwood Staffing is seeking a Staffing Recruiter in Missouri to manage advertising, recruiting, screening, onboarding and placement. You will support sales performance and branch operations while ensuring compliance and delivering superior customer service.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a proactive, cross-functional approach. The position offers a steady daytime schedule with potential overtime and weekend shifts as needed, along with a benefits package including

Qualifications

• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and place associates; ensure on-time order fulfillment.
• Interview applicants and offer job assignments.
• Administer pre-employment tests and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company procedures.
• Maintain client and associate feedback channels.
• Make outbound calls to market candidates and prospects.
• Coordinate with sales on order status and client satisfaction.
• Counsel and terminate temporary staff when needed.
